Why single origin?

Single origin coffees (or of a single variety) are grown in a single known geographical area and are a great way to get to know a specific taste. Somehow it is better because you can taste and enjoy certain flavors better and how they are different from each other. It's like drinking a black tea one day and a green tea on the other, both are teas, but they have different and unique properties. Each single origin coffee that we have to offer has its own personality and exploring them leads us to know better the world of coffee.
