The world of coffee is big and there's always something new to learn. We used Veteran's Day weekend to train the La Floresta Cafe team in telling the good coffees from the bad coffees and to make sure you only get the best beans in your cup of coffee. The experienced and certified Q-Grader Araceli Martinez Rodriguez gave the team an awesome training on how to detect defects in the beans, how to smell and taste the different aromas. The value chain for a delicious coffee starts with the producer and should end in your cup, but there are many steps in between this long journey. At La Floresta Cafe we care about making sure that we deliver only the best quality beans roasted to perfection right in your cup.
