Flavor notes: Roasted cacao, butter, bitter orange zest.
Whole Beans: medium-dark roast suitable for any type of coffee extraction method. Ground: medium roast to enhance the properties on the grain
Please note that the roasting type doesn't make the coffee mellow or bold! the strength of your cup depends on the extraction method and the amount of coffee you use for your brewing.
Whole Bean and Medium Ground, however; we can grind to order for any type of extraction. Just leave us a note!
