What makes our "Euforia so Special"? All our coffees are roasted according to the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) Standards. "Euforia" is dark but not oily, we carefully selected the perfect roast level in which you will perceive intense and stronger flavor without charcoal or burnt aftertaste, it still keeps its fruity flavor notes from the Veracruz Coffee.
For espresso extraction, we always recommend a Blend, and why? To give balance to your cup and rather to drink a very sour or bitter coffee, you'll have the most delightful and well-rounded cup from 2 or more regions enhancing only the best flavor notes of each!
