Our "JADE" Oaxaca is a medium roast "Pluma Hidalgo" pure arabica coffee which gives a strong aroma that reminds us of sweet vanilla and cocoa fragrance with balanced acidity, and well-rounded flavor. The delightful aroma of Oaxaca coffee falls in between the chocolatey flavor notes of Chiapas coffee and citric flavor notes of Veracruz coffees.

Oaxaca has been dubbed “Ciudad de Jade” (City of Jade) because so many of its buildings are made of green stone. It is one of the most bio-diverse states in Mexico. Oaxaca coffee is one of the few varieties of real fully complete coffee in the world, meaning that it’s a coffee that does not need to blend.
Oaxaca has almost all types of environments, one of them is the mesophilic mountain forest, at 1,200 meters above sea level, right where this delicious grain is grown.
The cultivation in this area of the Sierra Madre del Sur is also benefited by the irrigation of several streams from the Copalita River, as well as the sea breeze and the climate in general, all combined contribute to the greater quality of the coffee
