Why single origin?

Single origin coffees (or of a single variety) are grown in a single known geographical area and are a great way to get to know a specific taste. Somehow it is better when you want to taste and perceive the peculiarities in the flavor of the coffee that grows in a specific region and learn how they are different from each other. Our "Altura Coatepec" Veracruz, "Altura Jaltenango" Chiapas and Pluma Hidalgo" Oaxaca feature our Mexican Single Origin Collection.

It's like drinking a black tea one day and a green tea on the other, both are teas, but they have different and unique properties or like wine, the wines from different regions and grapes are different to each other. 

Each single origin coffee that we have to offer has its own personality and exploring them leads us to know better the world of coffee.  Only in Mexico, the coffee is produced in 12 states out of which 3 are the main producers: Veracruz, Chiapas, and Oaxaca. Coffees grown in Veracruz have completely different flavor notes than coffees grown in Chiapas or in Oaxaca and still, all of them are recognized worldwide for having spectacular natural flavor notes.
